Dr. Emeruwa currently serves as the President and CEO of APHF. Dr. Emeruwa began his medical training at Howard University where he received his MD. At Howard, Dr. Emeruwa received the runner-up award in the department of surgery for high scholastic achievement during his clinical years. He then remained at Howard for his post-graduate training before focusing on obstetrics and gynecology at King/Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles.
